If you have ordered a built stand, black exhibition walls are included in the stand rental.

All equipment ordered for the exhibition is rented solely from Compass Fairs and will be invoiced after the exhibition. The ordered products will be delivered to your stand on the setup day.

If you have any specific requests regarding how the ordered products should be placed on your stand, please contact Compass Fairs.

Setup

Friday 08:00-20:00

On Friday at approximately 18:00, we will lay down carpet runners, so thereafter it is prohibited to use pallet trucks in the corridors.

Saturday 08:00-09:30

Dismantling

Sunday at 17:15 - 23:00

All technical equipment will be taken down on Sunday evening. Therefore, your stand must be cleared of exhibition materials.
