If you have ordered a built stand, black exhibition walls are included in the stand rental.

All equipment ordered for the exhibition is only rented from Compass Fairs and will be invoiced after the exhibition. The ordered products will be delivered to your stand on the setup day.

If you have any special requests regarding how the ordered products should be placed on your stand, please contact Compass Fairs.

Thursday from 08:00 to 21:00

On Thursday at approximately 19:00, we will lay down walkways, so thereafter it is prohibited to use pallet trucks in the corridors.

Friday from 08:00 to 11:30

On Friday, it is only possible to set up with light items.
The use of trolleys and pallet trucks is not permitted

Sunday at 17:15 - 24

All technical equipment will be taken down on Sunday evening. Your stand must therefore be cleared of exhibition materials.
