If you have ordered a built stand, the stand is set up with exhibition walls.

All equipment ordered for the fair is only rented from Compass Fairs and will be invoiced after the fair. The ordered products will be delivered to your stand on the setup day.

If you have any specific requests regarding how the ordered products should be placed on your stand, please contact Compass Fairs.

Friday 08:00-20:00

On Friday at around 18:00, we will lay down carpet runners, so after that, it is prohibited to use pallet trucks in the corridors.

Saturday 08:00-09:30

Dismantling

Sunday at 17:15 - 24

All technical equipment will be taken down on Sunday evening. Your stand must therefore be cleared of exhibition materials.
